This release fixes a major security problem in Debian and Ubuntu packages (and maybe other packages). A smaller security flaw that might allow an attacker to access local services was fixed. Defense against DNS poisoning attacks on exit relays was improved. Hidden service performance was further improved. A variety of other issues were fixed.
