Both OHA Carriers Hit with Class Action Suits

A little bit of trouble to report today as both T-Mobile and Sprint Nextel are gearing up for a little hot plaintiff-on-defendant action. So who did what this time?

Sprint is in hot water for charging users roaming fees after being told they would not incur them. As far as T-Mobile goes, they’re in trouble for the $18 “upgrade fee” they recently started tacking on for people upgrading handsets. While both seem like they’re not that big of a deal overall, these are still issues well worth addressing. Especially if you are on the receiving end of one of these.
