StudiVZ and Nimbuzz team up for a major deal

In a bid to expand its IM and VoIP services to more users, Nimbuzz has decided to join hands with Germany’s largest social network, StudiVZ also one that has been a part of accusations of copying Facebook’s design. The current deal plans to amalgamate Nimbuzz’s technology with that of social network to enable real time communication between mobile services and the web. Nimbuzz already has fully compatible feature for its web chat client integrated into StudiVZ and the deal will bring in additional features including, voice calls, file sharing etc in due time. I just hope Facebook doesn’t pop out its head again and yell the idea was originally theirs.
